Kathy Schmidt is an Assistant Teacher at Family of Christ Preschool.  She has a double major in Music and Bible from the University of Northwestern-Roseville.  Kathy has taught voice lessons to people of all ages, but enjoys working with first time students.  She has helped with Sunday School, VBS, MOPS and has attended ECFE in the Anoka-Hennepin School district.  On Wednesday nights, she is helping teach 6th grade CrossTraining (Confirmation) here at Family of Christ.

Kathy has been married to her husband Eric for 20 years and they reside in Andover.  Their children are Elizabeth and Emily, both in high school, and Adam, a middle school student.  Most of their free time is spent watching their kids play various sports or music concerts.  They also like to go camping, swimming and traveling as a family.  When Kathy has free time to herself (haha), you can find her at her favorite store (ask her what it is) or at the beach.  She'll be listening to beach tunes on her phone and pretending she is on vacation.
