GriefShare is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. This 13-week support group helps you navigate grief’s unpredictability, offering valuable insight into what to expect and how to cope.
For over ten years, Anissa & Darrin Dickerson have led GriefShare at Family of Christ, sharing their own journey of grief and providing Christ-like healing support.

Are you facing a challenging time, such as grief, divorce, job loss, or illness? Stephen Ministry offers confidential, one-on-one Christian care provided by trained congregation members.
Who benefits from Stephen Ministry?

- Our pastors and staff are able to extend care to more people, ensuring no one falls through the cracks.
Who are Stephen Ministers?
Stephen Ministers are congregation members who have completed 50 hours of training to provide high-quality Christian care. They meet weekly with care receivers, offering prayer, support, and a listening ear.
How does it work?
When a need arises, our pastors and Stephen Ministry Leaders match the person with a Stephen Minister for ongoing care.

Caring
for Caregivers Support Group
Being a caregiver for a loved one with a debilitating or terminal illness is rewarding yet often overwhelming. Our Caring for Caregivers group offers peer-led support, encouragement, prayer, and practical advice.
We meet the first Saturday of each month at 9:30am in the Family of Christ conference room. No matter what kind of caregiver you are, you are welcome to join.
